We have implemented strong physical and electronic security safeguards to prevent unauthorised disclosure or access to all the data for which we are responsible, including your information.

Overview
We use the data entered to make a booking for the purposes of allocating places and managing those bookings before and during the conference.
In addition to this, we collect some information to better understand how visitors use this website. We also collect and store any information submitted using the contact form in order to satisfy client requests and enquiries.
What data we gather
Where a visitor makes a booking, we collect the following information:

- Email address
- Job title
- Team
- Organisation
- Work phone (optional)
- Mobile (optional)
- Access and dietary requirements (optional), and
- Contact preferences.
Additionally, the logs on our servers will record the IP address from which a visitor came to the website, and we use cookies and analytical software to track how people proceed around the website. This helps us to understand where our visitors come from and what they are interested in.
How we use this data
We use the data that you provide to allocate places to your booking and then manage that booking prior to and during the conference, and also to reply to any specific queries you may have.
We will store your data for 24 months or until the start of the next conference, whichever is sooner.
